...not to use the joke of some dumb ass but.... ding dong you are wrong!

dingdongyouarewrong.tumblr.com/

no idea if its the same one of not but there are a few of them with that name.
User avatar #16 to #6 - andywazowski (12/15/2015) [-]
I think he meant the other one, if I know how tumblrs design works, Dingdong is the reasonable one
User avatar #35 to #6 - masdercheef (12/15/2015) [-]
frigiddykebitchcuntmanabuser2k14 was first, dingdongyouarewrong was second. Source, personal experience with Tumblr.

Furthermore, there can only be one "dingdongyouarewrong" at a time - only one person may have that URL at any given time. The person we see here might have changed theirs and somebody else took it afterward, but there is only ever one person with a certain URL at a time.

yeah but you know its happened somewhere
those anti vaxxers won't stop until we're all dead
so what if your kid has seizures now not our problem
the guvment already said the companies who produce these aren't liable for the damages
thats why there's a vaccine trust that has to pay out to the people affected
say good bye to that though because vaccines are from god and can do no wrong so it is unneeded.

vaccines are important, just find out if you are allergic to the vaccine first. I was to meningitis booster and it ****** me up. Gave me a weak version of meningitis and still ****** up my body high heat causes headaches, shutting me down, but I can withstand colder temperatures now and take cold showers for enjoyment
#55 to #15 - machomustachio (12/15/2015) [-]
From what I remember when I had viral meningitis when I was 4. That had to be one of the ********* experiences in your life. I got lucky though and haven't gotten any noticeable effects from it. Mfw they stick the needle in my spine

LOL
Grade 6 Medical student at taiwan here
Ive never heard of any cases of seizure induced by vaccines thou
Is that because asian ppl have completely different genes with you western people or wat
User avatar #44 to #36 - jzwangpk (12/15/2015) [-]
Febrile seizures. You're a med student, you should know what those are.
User avatar #43 to #36 - cuddletug (12/15/2015) [-]
It's an allergic reaction to (as far as I know) some of the proteines in the vaccine. I know a few others who also have or had the same allergy, they're all allergic to nuts. If that's the link then yes: Quite a lot of North-westerners have that allergy.

Go drink some milk
#45 to #43 - xiongz (12/15/2015) [-]
yea but allergy only last for at most a few days
that dude said his cousin have the syndrome for 3 whole years after the injection of 1 single dose of vaccine
Well the most propable reason behind this imo is because its not an allergy reaction due to the vaccine but to the environment or the food your cousin eat, some "protein" in vaccine are just to induce an immuno response that memorize the antigen so they can react more effective next time, and so the protein or just"antigen" contained inside the vaccine would not last for such a long time let alone 3 whole years.
btw if you guys havent figured that out im a taiwanese so my english sux

My then 6 year old cousin got vaccinated for school and a few days later started having seizures.
He still has seizures now and he's 9.
Doctors even said it was most likely the vaccines.
People still gotta **** on anyone slightly opposed to them though.
Ignorance breeds hate though.

Him being anon sure is relevant to the case. And yes, since this is too controversial for FJ, it's bound to not happen. Its almost as he went anon to avoid being bashed, innit?

Also why the hell would anyone bash him for his cousing getting an alergic reaction if the Story is true?
User avatar #51 to #30 - infinitereaper (12/15/2015) [-]
Because the hivemind of FJ, once it decides something, will bash and flame anything that doesn't fit with the popular consensus. Even if facts are against them. Kinda reminds me of the feminists.

I think it's dumb to not give your kids vaccines.
BUT, I think you guys are being a bit hysterical.
With modern medicine, it's very unlikely you will die of a disease.
User avatar #37 to #34 - cuddletug (12/15/2015) [-]
It's not just for the one that is vaccinated, it's also, perhaps mostly, against spreading of the disease. A vaccination does not guarantee immunity and some people can get severe allergic reactions from the proteins/fluids used for injections (me included before puberty became a bro).
User avatar #38 to #37 - balor (12/15/2015) [-]
Yeah, I think people should be careful getting vaccines because of allergies.
But that autism stuff is ******** , autism has likely been around longer than vaccines.
User avatar #39 to #38 - cuddletug (12/15/2015) [-]
Hasn't the whole autism because of vaccines thing died out already? It may be because I live close to the bible belt, but as far as I hear religion is once again the #1 reason to refuse vaccines.
User avatar #40 to #39 - balor (12/15/2015) [-]
I don't know if it's still a thing.
I hear some people talk about it.
User avatar #42 to #40 - jzwangpk (12/15/2015) [-]
It's still a thing only because people talk about it. The ****** who published the 'research' paper claiming there was a link was prohibited from further practising medicine, because his paper was quite fraudulent. Unfortunately, it got enough people scared that it survives today because people point to it as 'science!' and not as, well, bad science.
User avatar #41 to #34 - jzwangpk (12/15/2015) [-]
You're giving medicine a bit too much credit, and you're also looking at vaccination from a rather limited point of view.

Young children whose immune systems aren't exactly as strong as those of adults can quite easily die from diseases or complications. Modern medicine is crazy stuff, but if a baby gets the whooping cough, that's a weeklong stay in the hospital (at least) watching the poor sod cough his/her lungs out and hoping that nothing worse (like pneumonia) develops. That's why the recommended first dose of DTaP vaccine (for whooping cough) is only two months after birth.

As for the wider perspective - vaccination's not just about dying from a disease. It's also about eradicating the disease. If enough people in a population are vaccinated (95%), the phenomenon called 'herd immunity' occurs, in which the disease can only cause a few isolated cases, and since diseases 'survive' by spreading from one host to another, this eventually causes the disease to die off, as it can't spread and therefore can neither propagate or mutate. But unfortunately as disease occurrence rates drop, people misinterpret this to say that the disease is no longer as potent, or that medicine is able to cure it faster, and therefore think that vaccines aren't as necessary.

Bottom line, I'm glad you think it's dumb to not give your kids vaccines, but we aren't being 'hysterical'. We're being strict, because it's only through strict adherence to vaccines schedules that we can save more lives and eventually kill off diseases entirely. The 'hysterical' part only appears to be like hysteria because it's so ******* frustrating how many people don't understand vaccination lol.

i know they dont cause autism but lets say we live in some strange reality where they do
so you want polio or like %5 chance of getting autism
i think ill choose the autism
