I'd change the graphic card with a GTX 770 and slap on a small SSD (60GB will do it, it's just for the system drive and it makes a huge ******* difference). It will drive up the price a bit but maybe you can re-jiggle some stuff to keep it in budget.

Dropping the ram to 8Gb and a 500Gb hdd instead but I think ssd's are overpriced for what they are atm once the technology catches up to use sata 3 to its full potential I think it would be worth it but not atm. But a fun alternative if you have the money to waste
