I've been on this site for ten years, and never once has ignoring a troll worked. Also, if you ignore them, it also translates to that opinion being accepted or tolerated, which then makes the people whom REALLY think that way believe their opinions are tolerated as well.

The people REALLY supporting that **** would see that they're accepted, or at least tolerated, and would start to gather in more numerous quantities. The best answer I got was "He is an adult, adults like to drink"
Personaly, I think it was to help the fact that when he "dies" he will eventualy get back up. This is a way he can fall and pass out in front of spidermen, and be storymode friendly when he staggars back up
