That place is in Latvia, it was the Saber Strike training in 2013. I was there with the FRDF signals company, and our tents were one block over from these guys.
We mostly socialized with the american paratrooper and British dudes, since they were overwhelmingly many there, but I remember there being a few Canadians and other nationalities present during the soccer tournaments in our free time.
God I remember how I almost **** my pants when the Americans did an overpass with jets during the flag ceremony. Set off a good 5 streets worth of car alarms too.
It snowed a little bit like 1 week ago, but now it's a mix of snow and rain for most parts. Basically, grey sky, grey fog and ******* half snow/half water puddles.
holy **** i thought you were talking about the weather! HAHAHAHAHAHA my bad, now I feel stupid. Emmm... I guess you could say ~90%. I am from a small town, so here with 30k people we have couple minorities - I've seen a black woman here ( Yeah it's that rare ). In the capital city Riga there are more blacks, asians and arabs, as it is in every major city in Europe, but not as many. Usually they are students or just here to work in KEBAB places.
