It snowed a little bit like 1 week ago, but now it's a mix of snow and rain for most parts. Basically, grey sky, grey fog and ******* half snow/half water puddles.

holy **** i thought you were talking about the weather! HAHAHAHAHAHA my bad, now I feel stupid. Emmm... I guess you could say ~90%. I am from a small town, so here with 30k people we have couple minorities - I've seen a black woman here ( Yeah it's that rare ). In the capital city Riga there are more blacks, asians and arabs, as it is in every major city in Europe, but not as many. Usually they are students or just here to work in KEBAB places.
