Outcomes aside, this is the most entertaining presidential race I can remember.

It's probably the only presidential race you can remember

If it ends up trump vs Hillary I quit

Hillary is being investigated by the FBI while Bernie Sanders is closing the gap; Trump, Bush, and Rand Paul shat on themselves during the first debate. On top of that Trump hardly aligns with Republican philosophy as he's pretty liberal in all the wrong areas. So it's pretty much open game for the GOP who gets the general right now, and there's a chance that there will be criminal charges against Hillary, so that could just complete implode in her face.

Fun fact, Donald Trump and Bill Clinton consulted with each other before Donald announced that he was running for president. Make of that what you will.
User avatar #7 to #5 - sircool (08/14/2015) [-]
so he basically wanted to nuke both parties since donald is apparently doing that for the rep's, while his wife is doing it for the dem's with the now confirmed secret, compromising emails?

Something like that, with Trump running, other Republican candidates are focusing more on dealing with him, instead of focusing on Hilary.

hill is doing that enough herself. Hell, she's losing to SANDERS

Hardly ever in recent history have approval ratings meant anything when it comes to elections. A lot of the approval ratings come from incredibly uninvolved people who wind up not even going to the polls to vote.

Sanders is ahead in Democratic polls because Sanders is promising people something for nothing. A lot of people who are too lazy to look into the consequences of Socialism are people who are also too lazy to vote.

It's true, but that still doesn't change what appears to be some Machiavellian political maneuvering on Trump and Clinton's part.

Trump said on the radio last week that Bill called him after he announced his running for presidency

I like Trump, he is a genius talker and could think of some witty comeback right at the tip of his mind.

Can completely blow people right the **** out, especially Megyn Kelly, that slut.

The world is in the early stages of a new age.

The Meme Age

We need a president to reflect that.

Vote Trump

I think you're looking for Bernie Sanders.
User avatar #29 - pocketstooheavy (08/14/2015) [-]
This next election will be amazing. Let's imagine, just for a minute here, that Trump is elected as the president of the USA.

It'll make the ENTIRE politician system of the USA a complete joke for the rest of time. It'll be hilarious.

But to be serious, a sizable number of people really seem to like him because they're getting fed up with all this "PC" crap and he's the most polar opposite of PC there is.
User avatar #30 to #29 - johnylingo [OP]ONLINE (08/14/2015) [-]
meh, i doubt he'll make it anywhere, this is all just publicity. people joked about Bush II and his IQ, but people didnt like his politics. Obama is funny with the lines, but people dont like his politics. I think the thing that makes people most excited for the falsehood that is the great reset, is if nobody really knows what at president does, it'd be great if he didnt either
User avatar #40 to #30 - pocketstooheavy (08/14/2015) [-]
Yeah. I can't imagine anyone actually takes him seriously.

You should not forget about the possible destrucitve energy a US-President resides on. You want someone who acts responsible, like an adult. Not a moron.
User avatar #39 to #34 - pocketstooheavy (08/14/2015) [-]
Oh, I completely agree. It'd be terrifying if he wins. Hopefully this is just an act.

I wonder if the boot hat makes his neck hurt. Maybe he's got some weight on the other side to balance it.
#25 - insaneflame (08/14/2015) [-]
I'm kind of in favor of trump given he is not financially obligated to agree with a specific party or anyone in particular letting his own personal opinions and feelings on matters show.
But we'll see.
#36 to #25 - anon (08/14/2015) [-]
To be fair, the same could be said about Bernie Sanders, however whilst Trump deals with that lack of obligation by spitting fire at every opportunity, Sanders deals with it by just refusing to sling **** at anyone on pure principle alone.

As different as they may seem on the surface, they're actually pretty similar, and it's no shock they're consuming their respective races right now.

If it comes down to Bernie V Trump I will be in heaven.

Granted I like Bernie Sanders more for obvious reasons but Trump is no flipflopper either.

If Trump wins, I know exactly what to expect and where we stand. And I can respect a man like that even if we don't share the same ideals.
User avatar #37 - swiftblood (08/14/2015) [-]
I think trump gets hammered alot because media and big industry are afraid of what he might do, so theyre trying as hard as they can to make common folk afraid too
User avatar #27 - Mortuus (08/14/2015) [-]
The sad thing is, the US Presidential race is now just a comedy show. Nobody is taking it seriously at all... which is understandable.
User avatar #28 to #27 - johnylingo [OP]ONLINE (08/14/2015) [-]
we have more than a year till the race means anything. there is no problem joking this far in advanced
