I'm parisian, I got the comfiest seat to talk **** about immigrants, but gotta say I go to a public university full of arabs and persians and they don't talk about that **** at all or show any sign of agression towards western culture.

The people that distance themselves the most and criticize others the most are brits (and americans but in a friendly banter way really).

I got a really ******* good hunch OP's ************ .

"The people that distance themselves the most and criticize others the most are brits"

Thanks for that stunning piece of information which is obviously entirely accurate. Kind of ironic you stand up for one group of people while casually insulting another.

It's an objetive observation, the brit exchange students are very patriotic and judgmental

You claim it's objective but you can't give any sort of proof except from your own personal feelings and maybe those of your friends. That means it's Subjective. The only French guy I've met where I live is a prick, it doesn't mean all French exchange students or by extension all French people are pricks.

'I know people that aren't like dicks, so you all must be lying'

Especially an university isn't comparable to the real world.

You dishonor your ancestors. They threw ******* axes at people and didnt cry about it.
User avatar #66 to #64 - herecomesjohnny (01/09/2016) [-]
who said i'm crying? who said they threw axes? maybe they were merchants or missi dominici or anything like that. Maybe they threw spears, maybe they were like " **** nah this is a good axe, this is my lucky axe, i'm keeping this axe and charlemagne can suck it, this axe has a handle and i'll just keep my hand on it when i use it." It might have not even been a war axe. There might not have even been war, if my ancestor threw his lumbering axe at someone i'd call the gendarmes, that **** won't fly.

"The Byzantine historian Procopius (c. 500–565) described the Franks and their use of throwing axes:

...each man carried a sword and shield and an axe. Now the iron head of this weapon was thick and exceedingly sharp on both sides while the wooden handle was very short. And they are accustomed always to throw these axes at one signal in the first charge and thus shatter the shields of the enemy and kill the men.[2]"

who says mu ancestor threw axes? maybe he had a bad wrist from excessive msaturbation, maybe he had a fondness for his axe, maybe I plain didn't have any franc ancestors as they weren't all of France.
