When she met Zuko they went to the same spirit and she got her face and memories back and the new family + his mother came with him to the fire nation.

sirwiggles (14 hours ago) [-] After Zuko's Mom flees the capital, she meets with an old friend back in her old home village and falls in love with him. in order to remain hidden from the fire lord, she meets with a spirit who offers to make her a new face at the cost of all her memories of her old family (Zuko, Azula, etc). She agrees and has a daughter with the new dude.
