ugh this is so stupid people don't know what animal abuse is, pretty sure the girl got more pain out of it than the cat anyway she didn't strangle the cat, you can't strangle a cat like that she was forcing the cat to not escape from her and cat probably forgot it a few minutes after, cutting tail or ear is even worse but there are people who actually torture animals to death
