how they get around this is stating that because of the racist system in place, black people are forced into low income areas because they didnt have the advantages all white people had back then. That they had a "slow start in the race" which is why every white person is rich and there are no poor white people, because everyone is descended from wealthy southern slave owners even if your family immigrated here after or you were from the north or just too poor to own slaves.

Don't be ridiculous. There are fat, lazy white ***** as well as black and asian. If you have ever set foot outside your basement you know this. There are retarded people everywhere who get government checks to pop out babies. Likewise, there are CEO $10k/day people who are white (lots of them, no point in listing), black (Oprah, Obama, a number of musicians and professional athletes), and asians (list any Japanese company CEO).

amtoocoolforskewl (12/21/2015) [-] Alright I've watched about 10 minutes and am thoroughly sick of this guys voice, agreed with some of what I saw, disagreed with others.
First off the whole library thing, I agree it was wrong to get in people's faces, that **** is just straight up trashy and demeaning, makes you look like a cunt. However, protesting in a library is fine, the whole point of a protest is to be disruptive, and the whole point of BLM is to make there movement unavoidable because they feel (rightly or wrongly) that they have had previous movements marginalised, not saying I agree, but I think its a valid action in response to the belief.
This is one of my main problems in response to the video; the guy's just so damn smug. He criticizes them for not being PC enough (whilst laughing at others who find stuff not-PC) even though BLM isn't looking to be likable. He keeps referring to fact-based, logical debate, but the whole point of BLM is that this is too esaily avoidable by those in power, so instead they are trying to represent (and recreate) the anger the feel. This is one of the main problems I have with them as here they are targetting students who it doesn't really matter if they've sided with them r not, when they should be targetting policy makers and stuff like that. As for the 'use logic' argument, the problem is that, whilst you can consider it a valid criticism, it is one that is going to do nothing to deter or defeat BLM and will if anything strengthen their resolve. That kind of gives me the opinion that this guy isn't making a video to convince anyone, but more to play off of people who already agree with him to get support.
As for that other protest, yeah I agree that's dumb (I'm assuming it's directly link to BLM but it's not shown?) but I think they have avalid point about police fire-arms use (when you consider the arrest of that guy who shot up a church), but at the same time that could be to do with area and such. I think ultimately that has more to do with gun control than anything else (not necessarily banning but more police response), and BLM are kind of hijacking a wider issue, although I believe black people are disproportionately affected so I understand at least.
Completely agree about that girl who studied to many white guys, **** people like that.
The dog **** one again I think he's just too smug, I think hes prejudice against a group he thinks are stupid and he strawmans them pretty terribly. For one, he says about how they're blaming whiteys, but they never mentionas such, instead saying that one specific person did it (and if you think there isn't one racist at every college your wrong, so I get where they'er coming from), and also just imagine that you woke up, opened your front door and therre was a **** in a bag waiting for you, I don't know about you but I probably wouldn't say 'must be someone's guide-dog' (although I get why the blind girl was so angry), so his 'Rekt with a capital R' was just kind of flat. Again, I just feel like he's prejudging people and refusing to engage with them, it makes me wonder if he's actually serious about 'logical discussion' when he's so quick to tar people with different views.
Again, though this is all negative, I didn't completely disagree with him and think he raised some vaild points, if anyone has any disagreements or thoughts about what I've written, I'd be happy to have a discussion.

I didn't read your entire post, but the Black Lives Matter stuff is just for the purpose of blaming whitey.
That's literally all they do.
They could go to college and get a degree and a good job like y'know, the Asians do.
But that is obviously too difficult and it's easier to chimp out and disrupt people that are accomplishing things and blame them for your failures.

amtoocoolforskewl (12/21/2015) [-] But BLM isn't solely restricted to college matters though (although Idon't know how it started) and even if the purpose is to 'chimp out' does that ignore the fact they bring up some valid points. There are some pretty shocking facts that (even if they aren't actually rooted in racism) often get pushed to the side (I.E. the disprraportionate number of black men in jail, I don't think this is racism as much as poverty and the war on drugs, but it's still ignored). If we just disregard what they're saying instead of looking at the points they're (or at least are trying to) raising, then I think we miss out on a lot, and again only add fuel to their fire.
