jesus **** you jumped from things that are proven not real to something that still has to be proven to be real.
I can prove santa isn't real. The legend of Santa Claus originated in 280 A.D. with a Monk known as Saint Nicholas. That is the origin of the tale of Santa Claus, over time his story was exaggerated and became the hundreds of different adaptations that we know today. Santa Claus was just a monk who gave presents to the good children if they left their shoes outside. That man died well over 2000 years ago. He no longer exists in our reality as a person.
God on the otherhand can't be proven or disproven. Making him an enigma that shouldn't be believed in until he is proven to be real. I'm not saying that those that do believe him are in the wrong, as they aren't and are at the same time.

If someone made a legend based on my life, I wouldn't cease to exist. You didn't disprove anything, but provided a good explanation of his origin if he does not exist.
It is literally impossible to prove that something doesn't exist
You can hint that Santa might not be real but you can't prove that he isn't

oops, didn't mean to say that he no longer exists. You are right about the "impossible to prove something doesn't exist" to an extent, but I'm not going to dwell on that. And I just proved that Santa Claus isn't real (literally typed Santa Claus doesn't exist and remembered what I had just typed)
