If you're on an actual long flight (10+ hours) there's a chance of deep vein **** if you don't take off your shoes and walk around.
DVTs are certainly real, and you can get them from sitting stationary for long hours (travelling), but wearing (properly fitting) shoes won't have any meaningful impact on your risk.
magical thing called sandals or flip flops. what an ass for taking those off
???
I wear my shoes for at least 12 hours almost every day (except during Summer months when temperatures get up to 45+ degrees, **** that)
Have them on by 7AM, my classes finish at 5, do dance or archery 4 days of the week, usually get home by about 9:30PM.
