How can a 55 year old woman know and care about what a teenage audience would want?

It's all well and good to critique the cinematic effects and the direction but if the audience doesn't care then why should the movie be judged with that criterion.

An ideal test audience would include men and women (possibly children, depending on the material) of all ages. They don't do it that way?

But that is what i wanted, 65 minutes of robots beating the **** out of each other!

So does that mean that Twilight is the best movie ever because its target audience says it is?
