Creatures such as that never survive very long, plus I can't help but get the feeling that many of them are suffering greatly.

Poor little lamb is right. He can not eat or breathe properly because of the deformity of his mouth and nose and is starving. See the protrusion of his bones. Since he is a novelty item for the Muslims and they probably think it is some sort of sign to them, they will keep around until it dies of malnutrition or possible organ failure. They certainly are not going to take him to the vet for medical attention. I wish the Muslims were not so cruel to animals.
