First two seasons were definitely best. Next two seasons aren't terrible, it's all around effy and her "antics." Still seems somewhat ok.
The last 2 seasons seem over the top, but they do contain this girl.
The 7th seasons catches up with people from 3-4 which is nice, but also kind of dark.

She is literally about 4ft tall and looks like a 14 year old if you see her in person (hence why she is actually playing a 13 year old girl in this scene even though she was 18 or 19 at the time. This entire episode is about a guy meeting her and then finding out she is 13 after having sex with her. No joke.). She is 23 now, still hot as **** .
