failtolawl (11/30/2015) [-] Im just gonna say before I watch this video that in Europe, the system is Guilty until proven innocent, in a sense. The prosecution will release a person if they find them to be innocent, for any crime, and they will actively search for all evidence.
Obviously rape is part of that, as it's a crime.
