The implications of said castration include the bastardization of modern day Switzerland. This new rendition of the battle standard makes Sweden appear as traitors to their ancestry. We are giving the feminist movement too much power over tradition. Before you know it, the faux oppression that modern women are "enduring" will turn into the genuine subjugation and actual oppression of the male gender.

Your forgetting we're stronger, more prone to violence, more able to carry out said violent acts, more athletic and the list goes ******* on. average male vs average female . So I don't think there will be any oppression.

I think he's talking about governmental oppression of men. Which is a very real possibility, sure women can't physically oppress men if you compare the average build of both genders. But that is implying that anyone already aware of such an inherent weakness would still choose to face their opponent on even ground. No. If any subjugation or oppression of the male gender happens, it will be through an already established method of cultural power. I.E. the government.

It wasn't an ultimatum, it was an assumption based on relevant information and observation of the effects of modern day feminism. An ultimatum is a demand or set of terms who's rejection will result in retaliation. There were no demands stated in my comment. You're taking words out of context in the same way that biased journalists do in order to have the desired effect on your audience.

We respond with facts and observations based on information relevant to the topic of discussion. Most of us are very thorough with our comments to make them as understandable as possible for people who might mistake their meaning or take their words out of context or apply their own meanings to our statements. We are also very careful not to insult our opposition or result to debating and argumentative tactics befit of uneducated preteens; such as expletives, name calling, and arguing with no facts or opinions based on facts to support our argument.

I was stating a general observation at this point in the argument. Although noone can know exactly what the future holds, observations and deductions can be made based on current events. For example, the state of paternity rights worldwide, the victimization of men by women with false rape claims, and alimony laws predominately supporting women over men. There are even cases of women suing for "palimony" from their ex-boyfriends. Although, more often than not, they have been dismissed due to lack of substantiating evidence in the claim.

I know it's a worrying trend, but it will even out these things always do. We were terrified of communism in the 60s but it wasn't really a threat.
The removal of a lion's penis isn't going to shake the bedrocks of a male dominated society

I agree that if it was just the removing of a lion's penis it wouldn't be an issue. The more worrisome issues are the paternity rights, alimony, false rape charges, and the overzealous affirmative action for women where instead of putting men and women on equal terms, women are being chosen more and more over men with equal qualifications to prevent backlash from the feminist community. I hope that it will just even out eventually, and I can see how it is possible for it to do so, but how far into the extremes will it go before this equilibrium is achieved?

Apart from the occasional sensationalist article that is recycled through this website, can you honestly say you ever encounter sexism against men on a day to day basis?
I mean you personally.
I know we hear a lot about fake rape charges, but I haven't ever heard anyone being charged with rape, let alone someone who was falsely accused.

The alimoney thing is more worrisome considering that it affects the children as well as the parents and giving kids to someone simply because they gave birth to them may not be the best way to do things.

However I don't believe there are that many jobs out there being filled by women simply so companies can tick boxes in terms of equality. There may be some, but virtually none at all.
The problem is all this gets worked up on the internet, it's nowhere near as bad as the people of FJ make out

On a day to day basis, I personally encounter both forms of sexism at about the same rate, and humanism never. However, I have personally seen more extremism from misandrists. I have witnessed the destruction of mens' lives from the effects of modern day feminism; undeserved I might add. I could elaborate further, if you like. The short version, however, is that I've seen men go from loving, successful husbands who support their families, to living in a one bedroom apartment struggling to make rent, and seldom to never getting to see their children. I have witnessed this extreme way too often in my line of work. On the other hand, I have never personally witnessed a mother in the same situation unless she was completely strung out by alcoholism or drug abuse.

I somewhat agree with the possibility of this, and completely agree that neither men nor women should be given dominancy over the other. However, currently there aren't enough facts and evidence to support the idea of a Matriarchal age of the world. As of this moment, most of that is scientific speculation. When more evidence is presented, I will choose a personal stance on the matter. As of now, I cannot support this claim.

I agree with the possibility, as I said, but basing any element of an argument on speculation makes people question the credibility of the argument as a whole. I would support your stance more if more evidence is available for observation, but as of now, it would be premature to state this as fact definitively.

I think he may have jumped to conclusions before fact-checking. I despise insulting people. I can say that lack of understanding of facts has done immeasurable damage to both sides of this argument on a global level, and highly dissuade anyone, regardless of their stance, from stating speculation as fact. Such actions do more damage than you can perceive. I encourage anyone who would take a stance in any debate to fact check and collect supporting data for any argument you might have.

Don't talk to me about Boudica.... I live in about 20 miles north of Abergavenny in Wales, which is the area the Iceni tribe controlled.
Boudica was a warrior princess, she didn't advocate the massacre of men. She was raped and her family was murdered by Romans so she went and kicked their arses. Just because it was a woman beating a man, doesn't mean that it's misandry.

And just because men could marry more women, doesn't mean there were more women.
That's the stupidest argument I've ever heard for anything ever.
Some men married more women, probably the rich and powerful Khans and Khalifs of what is today the Middle East and further east from there had huge harims of women. But I imagine your average shepherd probably didn't have 60 wives, since he wouldn't be able to support them.

What you're saying isn't fact, it's barely even opinion. Most of it just linking random pieces of information that don't fit and then yelling "EUREKA!" and then telling people that you have evidence to prove you're right

I don't know if you're trolling but what you're doing is feeding false information that isn't even relevant to this argument.
There's a difference between trolling where it's funny and trolling where the idiots that read your post will get all inflamed and butthurt and start spouting the same **** you do all because you're too stupid to fact check

That's not true. Thumbs are an indicative of disrespect towards the other person's opinion and perhaps even personality, at least as much as direct insults are. By thumbing another person down, you lower their level and encourage others to thumb them down as well. If the conversation extends, so does the potential damage to the conversationalist's level. It's like if you slowly, slowly poison me during our talk. This is uncivil and an insult to my face would definitely be more honorable of you.

Actually, thumbs are indicative of whether or not you support the person's perspective or not, and in no way are they a sign of whether or not someone respects or disrespects you. I completely and utterly respect your freedom to make an argument/comment/whathaveyou regardless of whether I support it or not. For example, if you were to state your opinion on whether or not all Funnyjunkers were Nazi woman haters, I would respect your right to make that statement, but at the same time, I would not support it so I would thumb you down.

however for Sweden it will take much more than people voting for a leader because of how far gone they already are

If you want you can visit a blog of a guy making an anti-feminist game. He's only started but I'm sure he could use the views.

All this says is that a country is willing to forsake its heritage for a few whiney people who don't like something that is more than just a symbol.

Drake climbs aboard a sailboat at the end of an old dock. "Where are you going?" a fisherman yells. "The horizon," Drake whispers.

...Why would they want to add genitals to their symbol anyway? Usually public symbols are, well, public appropriate. Then again, I have no idea the standards in Sweden.

What is inappropriate about it anyway? It's a ******* male lion. Last time I checked zoos didn't hide a lion's loins.

Yes, in nature, but in public display of symbols and icons you usually censor it of obvious lewdness.

I think the problem is that lions in Swedish heraldry traditionally have genitalia.

I'm a swede and I've never heard of this, and I've also never seen any genitalia on any of our coat of arms.

I'm just stating the logic of the post in a way that Blargosnarf could understand. I know literally nothing about Swedish heraldry.

It's kind of why I wish I was Russian, I mean their leader is a dick but at least he has the balls to say
"Yeah, **** you minorities and feminists we're not changing our history and laws just because you're having a whine, Russia was here before you, it's going to be here after you're gone"
I mean I love being English, I look back on the history of our armed forces especially and think "My ******* god, we once ruled most of the world, the mere thought of a redcoat would make people **** their pants, we were one of the few countries to push into Russia and not get shat on, our nation, one of the smallest in Europe, held out against the deadliest war machine in the 20th century and came back to beat the **** out of them, now when I holiday there it's "Sharia law zones" and having pride in your country is seen as racism, my nephew was not taught about any of the great victories and advances of the British empire, he was just taught that they were all evil oppressive scumbags.
I really wish England would just nut up

Yeah...you see, russia doesn't just say "we don't do unreasonable ****, like placing an eunuch on our coat of arms", russia does quite a lot more. Yeah sure, not having gay parades that are held just to piss people off is great, but turning the delusions of 'oppression' that some people have into reality is just as ******.
Also about Great Britain holding out against the nazis... Yeah, that was the last bits of resistance that were left, until the Americans joined the war, as well as Hitler beeing to goddamn stupid to actually wage a war or lead a country.
Which on second thought is kinda funny, because pushing all fault of the first world war on germany, as well as draining it with reperations that still wouldn't be completely paid, might just be some of the reasons that got the german people to give the NSDAP enough votes to seize power.
