mcdonalds won't hire people too experienced or smart cause they can ask for raises. if a nontalented person asks for a raise they can be replaced easily

High School kids are too unreliable and nobody wants them. College kids are OK, just don't act like you're going to ask for a 15 hr raise, they want people that won't make a fuss and just do their job and ask nothing.
