indians didnt die because of illegal immigration though. they died because they came into contact with a more powerful people and with foriegn disease which decimated their numbers. it wasnt just because some people turned up that their entire race collapsed. alot of otehr **** had to happen.

when illegal mexicans are more technologically advanced, better educated, armed and supplied and carry diseases that US citizens arent immune to. then you can compare to the indians

If you really think that the colonization of America was a stronger people conquering a weaker people, you need to take a history course.

The Indians had the same tech as the White man (guns, horses). The Indians' population rebounded after being decimated by disease. They lost to the White man because they couldn't unify to fight them off.

Truth; millions of native americans were wiped indirectly out from the initial burst of Columbus' escapades and what followed down south. Rampant sickness and ecological devastation spread up the East Coast like wildfire due to Spanish presence in Florida, in particular.

The result was that when the English began to settle in New England they were in effect inhabiting the ruins of a once prosperous and expansive society of people. I mean consider the spread of the Black Death: what served as a vector in its epidemic were rodent populations stowed on ships that were conducting trade. It follows then that in order for disease to spread so thoroughly across North America there must have been extensive trade lines or at a bare minimum interactions between all different kinds of civilizations.
