The true test of unity

See here's the thing, as far as I can see:

You may not like either of them, and infact many of us regard them as incredibly stupid and intolerable and indistinguishable from eachother

But we cannot and should not even try to deny the truth.
Truths:
1. Both of these men are insanely popular amongst the mass of the gaming public, with PewdiePrick in particular being king of the *********
2. They have a genuine love for videogames despite their tastes being disagreeable with many
3. Both are instantly recognizable and amicable, only a ******* delusional would try to call either of them trollish, misogynistic, or violent
4. Both of them would have the impromptu pseudo-authority within the world of popularized gaming media to speak and be instantly heard, and importantly, listened to
5. Both of them are demonstrably charitable, have legions of loyal fans who would sing their praise to the heavens above, and could even be called friendly people
6. They are both white, cisgendered, straight men. The very icons of the devil, and again, only a delusional spacker would try to berate and belittle them on these counts, publically
7. Both are also the exact kind of insufferable social-butterfly pricks who would be able to garner the sincere attentions of people who would otherwise disregard gamers as creepy autists, since they are emphatically not like that stereotype

I don't like the idea myself
I like mark but I don't like pewds (that's probably because he's a Swede and I'm a Fin and I have to dislike him by law) the incessant screaming and overreaction is ******* insufferable. Mark is just attractive to me so I find him likable. I'm so sorry.

But this would be probably the greatest testament to our unity as gamers, our ability to actually put our pitchforks down for once and collaborate to achieve a real mutually beneficial goal.

yes I'm aware of how incredibly insufferable they will become from this idea, giving themselves an authority/saviour mentality. I say it's a worthy price given that we can continue to ignore them after this whole ********* but I'll concede their fans will get colossally worse.

We all have to make sacrifices in wartime though, and I wager this would be a worthy one.

I don't go to twatter though so idk if either of these men have already taken a stance on the matter or not

I'm prepared to be bashed into oblivion, but goddamnit I'm giving my 2cents without fear
