Nuh uh. It's because of the time zones. It's two years ahead but only one day behind. If you go around the world and keep changing your clocks in each time zone, your clocks end up one day behind. Then, when you get to China, you temporarily have to change to the Chinese calender which would displace your calendar settings by two years.
