It's kind of like how a while back on tumblr the misuse of alternate pronouns not he/she/it but other strange made up words sparked a backlash because it trivialized the matter and turned serious requests & serious indicators of mental problems into some kind of game.
I could go into more detail but I just can't remember the right scientific wording to describe exactly what I mean.

themilkisdead (06/02/2015) [-] Yeah, the season finale was...dumb. For something that opened up so many possibilities and potential, now we have a generic antagonistic force called "The Darkness", which sounds like an idea a twelve year old would write and call it a good story.
Why not have Dean become Death? Why not have all the characters such as Charlie, Adam, Bobby, Jo, etc. come back due to death? Why did the Mark of Cain go away so easily? Why not have Dean kill Sam to get rid of the Mark, and find a way to bring him back next season?
But the "Darkness" does bring about a lot of possibilities. Many speculate Gabriel, Lucifer, Michael, and God (as well as other archangels) are going to be coming back, as well as Adam (because I think he's still in the cage or something).

megaton ONLINE (06/02/2015) [-] i honestly expeced dean to become death after he killed death. since i dont think death can die until the last molecule in the universe ceases to exist. i hope that the stein family still exists in other parts of the world and come for revenge for their American branch. cause i feel like they died way too easily. i want for this season just to be about all the hunters seeing sam and dean on the same level as monsters considering that they over the course of the last 11 years have caused the almost doom of the human world at least 6 times. and at many points, they were both actually monsters that needed to be killed. i also want garth to come back, but i feel he might be dead for some reason. or considering whats hapening with the darkness, maybe people will activly recognize the existence of monsters and hunters will come into the light and everyone will love them. then in about 2 season it becomes that hunting is an actual job recognized by the government and sam and dean will ahve to become the leaders of that group of people and be in charge of an undertaking of assimilation of monsters and monster hunting into people lives.
