Reminds me of a small local place that served convenience breakfasts on the go. Their sign out front read "Hot fresh tender lion biscit" for a year and a half.

There's a company called RichArt that makes children's paints and stuff like that.

One of their colors is called "Dial-up Orange" In all the local stores that I've seen it, it was typo'd as "Dail-up Orange" and has been that way for the three years I've known of that company.

British English....
#13 to #12 - goodguygary ONLINE (10/31/2013) [-]
Yes, British English.
User avatar #22 to #13 - lolme (10/31/2013) [-]
English, just english. American English and English.
User avatar #23 to #22 - goodguygary ONLINE (10/31/2013) [-]
it's the whole football/soccer argument, some people call it one name, and some call it the other, and neither side is technically wrong
User avatar #14 to #13 - FishInABowl (10/31/2013) [-]
It should just be English, really annoys me considering Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have very different dialects so.. yea. I understand that's the technical term though.
#15 to #14 - goodguygary ONLINE (10/31/2013) [-]
then why not say that in the beginning instead of that totally unnecessary first comment?
User avatar #16 to #15 - FishInABowl (10/31/2013) [-]
Didn't see a need to.
#17 to #16 - goodguygary ONLINE (10/31/2013) [-]
there was obviously a need to, as just saying "British English" makes you look like either a stuck up **** caring about something so insignificant, or a total retard.

I really don't understand why you're taking this so personally you sound like this is a genuine matter that I have done something extremely awful, all I did was say British English.... which I don't understand how it makes me look retarded but alrighty.
User avatar #19 to #18 - goodguygary ONLINE (10/31/2013) [-]
that's what's wrong though. instead of an argument or something, you just said British English with an ellipsis at the end, adding nothing of value whatsoever. this irks me greatly, and makes you retarded for doing nothing to further any argument or opinion.
User avatar #20 to #19 - FishInABowl (10/31/2013) [-]
My second comment did exactly that my friend therefore I see no problem with the first comment; I didn't expect anybody to read or care about the first one.
User avatar #21 to #20 - goodguygary ONLINE (10/31/2013) [-]
but you should be furthering the discussion/argument in the first one, having someone else respond to you before posting what should have been your initial comment is just dumb
User avatar #30 to #21 - Seventeen (10/31/2013) [-]
you're both retards; happy? jesus, i'm trying to chill.

Spelling makes up part of grammar, your argument is invalid
#24 to #3 - therealsupanova (10/31/2013) [-]
how is that not a spelling error?
User avatar #29 to #24 - admiralshepard ONLINE (10/31/2013) [-]
It is a spelling error, but the title says "Grammar," which is incorrect. That's what asdyxc is pointing out.
#39 to #29 - therealsupanova (10/31/2013) [-]
ah, thank you didn't realize that
User avatar #28 to #24 - sirlorddarthvader **User deleted account** (10/31/2013) [-]
^Completely missed the point of that sentence.
#38 to #28 - therealsupanova (10/31/2013) [-]
I don't think it really qualifies as a sentence

I see people mistaken grammar errors for spelling errors a lot on this site

But this one is indeed a spelling error
