It took 30 hours to render each frame. There are 24 frames per second in animated movies. That means for every second of the movie it took 720 hours. Thirty days per second. That means roughly 1,800 days per minute. Or 108,000 days for an hour of footage. So, it took over 300 years to render Toy Story?

The fact this guy didn't do basic math makes doubt the credibility of every part of this.

Seeing people use a picture I drew in, like, 2010 warms my cold heart.

>One lunch meeting.
"Really Carl? You want the movie to be about a dirty robot and a clean futuristic robot and humans are in space because the environment is bad? Christ, what's next? I mean we might as well have a movie where two male 'monsters' live together and adopt a little girl!"

At first I was like "Hey, why isn't there an Incredibles figure for Violet?"

Then I thought up my own explanation.

My dream is to get a job at Disney and help create movies, and eventually have help using their equipment and tools to make my own. I don't care if it takes six years to make, I want to make an animated movie like Wall-E, or Wreck-it Ralph, or even Iron Giant.
Dreamin' big. And I'm willing to work hard, even if life's had me down for a long time.

Good question, this was announced by the guys who work their,
Fun fact, they used two types of balloons, the first type was standard balloon size, and only used in shots with the characters close by, The second type was about the size of carl and used in most shots without a person nearby for scale.
