Actually I think the only one who is played relatively straight is Nightwing. But I think that's because he's hardly there due to his whole death thing. Not sure about him becoming the next Deadman though. That's preeety dumb. Which might be the point, since it's an alt universe basically just built for them to be a reasonable backstory to how heroes turned villain.

Then again, how did they even function as the JL in the first place if the majority of them ware just complete assholes? I dunno. It's a hit-or-miss-but-still-entertaining comic.

There are some cool moments, but i just end up shouting "thats ******* retarded" 80% of the time
