so last week one of my 3 dogs was hit by a car whilst i was in a shop she somehow managed to slip her collar and try to play with a dog on the other side of the road after getting her to the vets and getting her checked out (jesus dog didnt seem to sustain any injuries except minor bruising and grazes and turning her water into wine) but still her breathing all night was rather quick and i was still worried something might happen i dint sleep the first night and took it in turns with my gf sleeping so someone was always awake with her for the first few days, and seeing this picture before i kept thinking about it knowing this dog was worse off and survived and was the only thing to stop me being more worried ( pic related its her with a decorating mask on because jews are funny)

You think that dog's gonna have an attitude?

Like: "Go on boy, beg for the treat."
"Beg? I got hit by a truck for you, you little **** , you can take that treat and go **** yourself!"

If the dog had the time to push the child out of the way then the child had enough time to dodge it himself.

I'm just kind of curious on how the dog did it, i mean, it can't exactly stand on two legs and push someone away with arms like us humans. What a dog can do is tackle a human child, and then the dog would move out of the way with the boy and most likely be fine, sort of. So just how does the dog manage this? Someone please explain i'm not hating or calling bs, i'm just curious on how the dog did it.

I'm sorry, but no. A dog wouldn't understand the danger of an oncoming vehicle; that's why dogs get hit by cars so often as it is.

Even if the dog did genuinely "push" the child, it would have been an accident, in the same way that any other large dog (especially a clumsy puppy) is playing near kids and knocks one over.
The dog wouldn't go rushing over like Superman rescuing someone on the train tracks.

More than likely, the family was negligent and allowed their puppy (and maybe even their children as well) to wander into a street, where it was consequently hit by a car.

In order to ease their guilt, and to gain attention and sympathy, not to mention make the headlines, they decided to claim their dog is some kind of hero who bravely pushed their child out of the way of an oncoming vehicle.

There's no video evidence, just some parent's story. Heck, I could let my dog get pulverized into Highway Guacamole and lie my ass off about it to avoid getting criticized; it doesn't make my tall tales become truth.

This is the result of an innocent life they irresponsibly allowed to get run over, then they made up some ******** story to get praised for it while the animal suffers a broken back and at least one broken leg by the looks of it.

1. You're not sorry.
2. If someone raped your sister and then set her home on fire with something as simple as a grease fire starting in the kitchen and she burned up with it no one would know what really happened and all your attempts at seeing if something else was at play would be rebuked by everyone saying you just couldn't cope with the news your sister was a clutz.
3. Then you'd get joyous comments talking about how guiltily negligent your sister was because she couldn't even cook right. There's no video evidence, just a basic investigation showing a kitchen fire "that took a tragic turn" and that's that.

You have absolutely no real knowledge of what happened and instead you're just trying to be all teenage edgy.
