drackmore (02/16/2015) [-] Yeah they do it like at least twice a year along with some Pico day stuff. Honestly Newgrounds has gone down hill in the last year. Games hitting the front page are ****** sponsored **** , everything in the daily uploads is garbage or a reupload from someplace else. Hell they even threw a bitch fit over some assassinate game I think it was Anita may have been brianna wu. . Overall the quality of the site has gone pretty much down hill. Still a decent place for art and music though.

That's a shame. The site does a great job at hosting artistic creations though. So long as that is not messed with I won't give up on Newgrounds (not that I use it much at all ever).

drackmore (02/16/2015) [-] Oh yeah, the art section is for the most part untouched. But the mainpage for flash games has become crap. Like games that wouldn't even make the daily pick are up there for like a month+. Like for example, Clicker Hero and Idle Evolution have been up there for well over a month, and Cook Everything is hardly able to be called a game, Orion Prototype is a bloody demo, and Sonic Inflation has a rating of 2 stars. A year ago this wouldn't have happened. I'd say that maybe I'm just getting old and I'm demanding to much from flash but then I remember all these great games on newgrounds that have been there for years and they trump all the stuff thats on the front page. Truthfully, I feel theres some money passing hands. I mean seriously how else are some of these games hitting the front page.
