The maximum frame-rate possible for a GIF is 30, your GIF is an unfaithful representation of the comparison of frame-rates.

Umm... The 60fps ones for me are moving smoothly, while the 30fps ones are moving all jagged and **** ... I can see the freaking frames on them...

I think the OP is trying to make a point or a joke and just uploaded the same pic 4 times to see who pretends to see a difference
Or maybe I'm just tired, or the GIF is bad, or whatever

Here's a link to a thing that shows it better:

If you have ever played a game on 60fps or higher that then drops to 30, you can clearly see a difference..

I can only see a slight difference for 30 w/o motion blur. the rest look the same

It annoys me when people say "you can only see at 30fps anyhow".

Its just ******** , you see different FPS depending on the situation, for example you can notice a single white screen flash on black screens at much more than slow ball movements.

There are so many different types of "seeing" that its impossible to give a single number for fps we see at

cover all the balls other than the one you're looking at. You'll notice slight differences when they're seperated

I saved the gif and watched it frame by frame. It's legit. but played at full speed, it looks the same to me... strange... maybe this is why I get into so many arguments with PC gamers...

I can see a pretty massive difference dude, what you looking at?

If you run LoL at 30 fps, you can easily see a significant difference compared to 60 fps..

As long as it's above or is 24 frames per second, anything looks like it's moving. The extra frames just add a little bit of smoothness for those who have a hard on for it.

I can see the grey marks that are left behind every ball. The is more marks on the 60 fps ones than there is 30 fps ones ... but that is obvious ...

there is a bigger difference, but in this gif your eyes see all the 60 fps balls even when looking at the 30fps ball, so its distored.
