Their glasses were actually better than my glasses.
Not only did all three of us have the same relative prescription but I could actually see farther with their glasses than I could with my own.
I need to have a word with my optometrist.
I was the last one out of my two other best friends to get glasses, so now the three of us all wear glasses. We decided to trade glasses one day just to see what it would be like.

That night I looked up and saw the most beautiful thing I'd already seen time and time again before. All that talk about the gorgeous Texas night sky finally made sense. I just sat there trying to count stars for a good hour.
