Whatever happened to the if you are below -200 or something you have to wait 15 minutes to comment again?
It made it so **** posting accounts were only owned by men who really tried to be the worst ,now we got casuals like him just posting the same 10-15 pony images on the newest uploads,he isn't even tryin'.

3 minutes in between comments is not enough, **** posting accounts back then had to make a bait that looked none-bait and somehow amass about -100 Thumbs,aka real skill.

Let's just go back into the old days where having level -200 or whatever was a badge,a badge that proves that instead of having a life you would rather make large groups of people hate you on the internet.
