ISIS does get funding from Sunni-muslim nations, like Saudi Arabia and Yemen, but the governments of those countries officially condemn it.

I would say "It's complicated" is more appropriate.

And as for How bad they are... Their goal is to start a kalifate, essentially a new islamic nation into current Iraq and Syria. Aside from this very radical goal that would disturb the whole political climate of the region, their use of force and violent methods have been considered more extreme than any other similar large movement.

Yemen and Saudi arabia both combat Al qaeda, and while ISIS and aq are not friendly, they are very much alike in terms of ideology and principles. Why are they enemies with one nation and funding the other?.There has been absolutely no concrete evidence to support your claim, i call ******** on this one. Unless you can provide credible sources, dont post these unfounded opinions as fact.

www.businessinsider.com/isis-funding-us-allies-2014-6
www.washingtoninstitute.org/policy-analysis/view/saudi-funding-of-isis

Thanks for making me fact check myself. i was just spouting what I remembered from the papers. The foreign Individuals funding ISIS are credited to Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi-Arabia in manya rticles. Yes, indeed Yemen isn't mentioned in any articles dealing with ISIS funding, but Saudi-Arabia is. You have to remember, I'm not talking about government support, but of private citisens. Saudi Arabian funding is also relatively small compared to funding from Criminal enterprizes, and even other nations. I guess the papers just raise up the Saudi-name, since the country is such a big player in global politics.

They believe that their leader is the Caliph and the ruler of all Muslims in the world. Well, Sunni Muslims. They'd kill all the Shiites.

They are that bad. Seeing them makes me very sad and angry. I don't blame anyone that believes muslims are terrorists, ISIS shows that everyday. Hope the leaders of the world get up their asses and stop all terror in the world and hope my muslims speak out against ISIS.

Isis hates everyone, and everyone hates Isis, even Al Qaida like ukobarrywewa said. That group is crazy. To the point that really the only option is wiping them off the face of the plant before they cause irreparable damage.

U.S. has been involved in the Middle East since WWI when FDR negotiated an oil/base building contract with the Saudi Arabian king.

i'd agree, but US politics have been making some statements that've been making turkish politicians sweat a little-- something to do with a genocide that happened in 1915 that the turkish government keeps on screaming didn't happen, insisting all witnesses, including turkish ones, are lying and all photos of massacres were photoshopped. or somehting like that.
