American culture is so entwined with the rest of the world that others see it as non-existent. Some nations, like Belgium, have more American influences than home-grown influences due to Globalization

We now have a blending of cultures just as any other country thats been essentially taken over before. Do you really have to make SJWs a boogyman? What is this, the American Red Scare?

They put this up and wrote it so nicely for several reasons:
1. Nobody wants to watch a censored version of the original. There would be no point.
2. Warner Bros wants to make it clear that they do not condone racism.
3. It's actually racist. Some of them treat black people like dirt and some of them make the Japanese out to be evil people. In the real world this is going to piss someone off somewhere regardless of that person's nationality.
4. It's eloquent and has a message of "Don't forget the past". That's a valuable lesson and one that's very relevant because these are only being rewatched for being historical artifacts.

you didn't notice as a kid but it probably altered your perception on certain races on a subconscious level. They did do some ****** up **** , when the families would be in houses it was always a nice rich white family, the white woman would be thin and shapely but the black made would be fat, wearing ugly, old and torn clothes and her lips would be entirely too large.

Everytime there was an explosion to the face their face would be black and they'd get corn rows as if the characters are now black people.

It's not about being offended. It's done because a viewer might be genuinely disgusted by how they treated certain racial or ethnic groups. Warner Bros does not want to be associated with that and they want to provide a context for the episode so that the viewer can better understand it.

I disagree. There is honestly some pretty racist **** in some of America's old pop culture, failure to acknowledge that on your part is pretty disappointing and demonstrates a lack of empathy for minorities. I know this is FJ (hur durr SJW's suck, freedom of speech) but an intelligent person should be able to discern the difference between SJW first world problems and legitimate, historical societal issues. WB did the right thing here- acknowledge that it was wrong, present it for what it was, and move on.

Isn't it still? Here in Denmark we still use that word to black people. Admittedly, its more common place to use "Blacks" or something, but nobody bats an eye at anyone calling them the Danish word for "Negroes".
Its only recently we stopped calling cream buns "Nigro buns".

You might be a little misinformed. She did not attack her employees with racial slurs, she mentioned a theme for a wedding involving black men tapdancing, as in common culture from an earlier era (of which she, being nearly 70 years old, was a part of).
This was in conversation with an employee.
Never once did anyone say 'she called us ******* if we didn't work' or whatever other garbage your mind's fabricated for just this occasion.
