Why does everyone hate people with stretched ears so much? I don't get it.

because the people who have them are a bunch of dumb, attention craving douchebag teenagers. Now, I know what you're thinking "what a narrow mind this guy has" well let me tell you, every person I've ever met with guages fit under the category of dumb, attention craving douchebags. I haven't met anyone with guages who I would say otherwise about.

well, hate is a strong word.
it's more like feeding pigeons laxatives. cruel, but remarkably hilarious.

I agree feeding pigeons laxatives is funny. But only because they are not smart and basically natures fodder. It's just different when it is a human being that isn't being an asshole. But this guy could of been being a dick and deserved it ,I don't know.

I personally don't like it. But i know a lot of people with streched ears and not all of them are stupid, one is even studying chemical engineering. I live in Spain though so maybe it's different here.

Because usually the people who wear these are massive bellends in my experience. Also it doesn't make you edgy and different it is just a generic teenage fad. And it makes your ear ******* stink!

Would if they do it because they do it because they like it? Not because it's "edgy". If you take care of your ears they don't smell.

Like having an open wound in their ear? Ok then so this fad is more disturbing than I thought. I wouldn't mind about their apparent self mutilation if I didn't have to look at the crusty smelly wound in public

Wow ok, I understand why people don't like it. Because they don't understand what it is or how it works.

Pretty sure it is used in African tribal culture then white middle class teens started doing it to be edgy and different nothing special or mystic no real valid reason. Don't pretend its some deep reason that 15 year old girls get there ears stretched.

Definitely no deep reason. Just like how it it looks. But the way you described it you still don't understand it and that's cool dude. If you want to dislike something on a biased opinion that's on you.

All respect for you has been lost.

A majority of the time it looks stupid to the average person. It's a way of not accepting them for their differences.

It's how people work. We've been doing stuff like this since the beginning of civilization. People don't like groups different from theirs, so they do things to the opposing groups because they don't like it.
