Is Admin willing to prevent trolls, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh trolls?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him Admin?

I never understood the "He's able, but not willing, therefore malevolent"

No, it makes him impartial, it makes him not care. We view that as malevolence, but he didn't cause it, he simply stood by. Are you a bad person if you walk past a person being mugged and don't help, even though you're able? No, you're apathetic, you aren't a good person, but you aren't bad.

If you walk past a person being mugged and you're perfectly able to stop them and don't, you're a dick.

The Great Almighty admin has seen fit to raise a number of mortal men to his side, to serve as divine agents of His will, and they are known as moderators.

The offerings of the mortals who worship his holy arm strength smote the demons of greed.
