Thank you Admin, you changed my life.

Thumb me up or down, IDC, that's not the point of this OC.
The point of this OC, is to show my appreciation to all of you, for helping me get through tough times in my life,
and helping me remember my dreams, and change into the man I always imagined myself being.

I am 100% honest in this OC, thank you so much.. All of you.

With all my Bro-Heart,

jnovuse (Jeff)

I see a lot of these comments are saying things along the lines of "I am a teenager with limited to no money and no gym access but want to make change happen" and I can tell you guys that it is still 100% possible to lose (or gain if you're a twiggy lil **** like I used to be) weight without equipment, weights, money, or a gym. I am 18, 6'2, and ~180lbs with maybe ~8% body fat. I know 18 sounds very young to give advice but I've been lifting for 4 years now and have learned a lot from older mentors and simple research online about helping get your body where you want it to be. I would be more than happy to help individuals or give general advice on getting fit without spending money or even work outs in gyms. I am part of a gym but have spent months at a time making great progress without being a part of one so I have experience in both realms. If people are interested feel free to PM me or if enough people are interested I could make a general text post.
TLDR; I can help give advice to people with motivation but empty wallets if they so desire
also OP if you see this/if it gets positive results I ask not for thumbs but maybe a simply sticky so it gets seen. Thanks(:

Please reply to this comment if you may be interested in a post on the steps it took to get here. It would include my diet plan, workout plan, etc... If you are interested, I will gladly share, and make it clean and easy to follow, and on the cheap too. I am no fitness instructor, but I am willing to help out if someone needs/wants it. Remember, admin believes in you, and I believe in you. If we can do it, so can you! Thank you!

Due to the requests, I am going to create a new post that includes how I started, what worked for me, and a basic guide to getting fit. Give me a few days though, I do work haha. Thank you all for the support. I created this post to actually thank all of YOU and Admin, I didn't expect this, but I like it! THANK YOU ALL!

Note: I will answer those PM's, I had a huge flood of them, and I am at work currently, I will respond after the gym tonight. Thank you!

tfw im in the position OP was but since I'm a teenager with meager resources and money I can't do anything about being overweight. perhaps I could start with smaller meals

that was a bit wordy

To be fair, being skinny/in shape is not the key to happiness. I've spent pretty much all of my life being a little overweight, until a few months ago. Now I run a few miles every day, I'm in pretty good shape, and I've never been more miserable than I am now.

The two aren't really related, but my point is that being skinny won't necessarily fix all your problems.
