I think that originally the writers wanted to go with the "I'm black." line, because let's face it, it's cyborg, but I'm betting that despite cartoon network being ok with them taking risks, that still crossed a line they weren't ready to cross.

Personally, I think both lines have the same impact.

It's a kids show. The little white kids who've never seen black in Wyoming or North Dakota wouldn't have gotten it if he said I'm part black, or the kids who are black would have felt a certain way if he did say that.

I miss this show. Teen Titans Go sometimes pulls off a good joke but it's mostly concerned with making the whole legacy of the titans **** . Not to mention the writers get a kick out of giving the viewers of the old show a middle finger every now and again.

They knew they wouldnt be able to do it justice, so they did it off-screen. they even said that it was a huge battle, it's not like they kicked his ass in 2 minutes. everyone loses their ******* minds about that episode and how disrespectful it is but i cant understand it

So the whole plot of that episode after the whole Slade thing was Beastboy and Cyborg trying to make a lame clown cool. They were doing this because they thought that because clowns were funny and cool when they were young, and they could be when they're adults too. However it doesn't go as planned and they realize that sometimes you gotta let go. Now, the people who hate the show the most are the fans of the old show. So what CN did, was make an episode labeled "The Return of Slade", so that fans of the old show would watch it if nothing else than to see the abomination that would be Slade. Then they made the episode about how people shouldn't try to make old things they thought were cool in the past cool in the present. Essentially telling fans of the old show that the old show is old and they need to get with the times and that they shouldn't complain or want the old show back

tl;dr CN tells the fans of old Teen Titans to go **** themselves

Name a single show on CN right now that doesnt suck absolute balls. this isn't a "CN telling people to go **** themselves" thing, this is a "CN is horrible at making tv shows" thing. There was a time when they were the best, hands down. there was a time when animated kid's shows were made to last and could be enjoyed by all ages, and that time has passed. there's maybe two shows like that out now, and it's irrational to expect anything to even come close to the level of enjoyment you had with it when you were a kid. i dont like ttg because it's another cheap-animation piece of crap with middling pop-culture references and no plot or morals, but people get so ****** visceral about it because of nostalgia. like i highly doubt that CN was telling anyone to go **** themselves, but yall are so salty that you can only see it as a " **** you". it's not a **** you, it's just a **** show. calm down.

make me i feel like its sort of like how everybody hates Minions for being so widespread and commercialized and on every product ever, but shrek did the exact same thing and we act like we love it. like because it happened when we were young, its awesome, but everything after is horrible crap that needs to be burned, even if it does the same thing. TT probably mocked some of it's comic source material and nobody gives it ****

This guys actually making alot of sense to me. Sure there is the fact that shows and movies back in the day are much better. But we also need to look at newer shows. Alot of them have a simple idea they use, while much older shows like the original Teen Titans had complex ideas. Now adays an episode or two may have a good plot, but its usually followed by a slap stick joke or fade to black. Old cartoons had character development over time, while new ones are "same face; same attitude."

Black people are taller, stronger, and more endurable than any of the other human races but they're generally considered inferior because their peoples haven't really built anything worth a damn. I imagined Tamerianians were the same, they're strong enough to just straight up fly between worlds but they don't seem to have any awesome starcrafts or space age technology so they essentially just boil down to super strong brutes.

Ensurable, ok, I can easily imagine some of those tribesmen running around in Africa having crazy endurance, but so do others. There are tribes in South America that run crazy far distances.

Taller? I have to say ******** , any average Dutch guy will tower over most Africans. Those guys are crazy tall.
I know we didn't cover this, but I think the smartest nation, in terms of memory and 'academic' learning is probably Japan.

I think we can safely say there is enough scientific evidence to support our basic assumptions at least. For example, considering we evolved differently based on our locations, Africa vs. Northern Europe for instance.

If we evolved differently, we can gauge what is and isn't better.

I personally believe there are indeed genetic differences between races that can affect physical and mental abilities. I also believe that these differences are negligible, and what is most important is training, be it physical or educational. I believe that with enough training anyone can do anything.

There are people out there who will still see the most well educated, well spoken, mild mannered African male as equal to a thug stereotype simply because they're both black. That or the guy hates Starfire's race because he's jealous of how successful and powerful they are.
