Survivor series style? Champ never loses, so you seed the Big Show on Cena's team. Now, when Cena has proven he can even beat five guys at once, Big Show will betray him, knock him unconscious, force him to lose, and make the match credible because no mere five men will ever manage to beat Vince McMahon's John Cena.
League of legends changed too much and RIOTs own lies sent players away aswell.
"We don't enforce the meta." Then stop nerfing champions that would require a change in the meta to counter!
Can I get an example of that? And I sorta know what you mean. They seem to play directly into the meta whenever new champions are created with skills that are oddly specific to the meta.
Well I havent played in years, but when I did they nerfed Olaf to simply unviable
and unplayable because he would dominate the top lane. No would even try
maybe play a different champion or try another way of playing in general.
He is still sorta OP. His infinite axe throws that slow you for some reason tend to mean he will run you down and kill you if you run, and his scaling attack damage for his missing health means in a fair fight he'll probably slap your **** anyway. He's a tough fight, but that doesn't mean it isn't up to the other players to find ways to win. I've seen a few ADC's that top lane that fair well, like quinn and vayne.
This did not happen when I played. Also nerfing new ways of playing champions like
mage Alistar after they became popular was another way they would enforce the meta.
Also by having only a few viable summoner spells; flash, ignite, etc.
While never even trying to buff the others will also keep enforcing the meta.
When I first started playing in Season 1 I could go mid as Garen if I wanted to and it was
fun. That is no longer possible due to riot making it so with their nerfs and changes.
