I asked my dad why these Tanks had tea making facility's in them, he had 22 years in the armed forces.

His response, "Well what else are you going to do on your way to the fight, might as well have a brew"

1200 hp
70 rockets withstood.
Each rocket only did less than 17 damage.
Given, this tank has a higher armor value than typical tanks, but 17 damage for a rocket is weak. What were those people using? rocks?

*Yes I know hp means horse power, not health points*

Do we really need tanks anymore ?

Even in today's modern warfare, a roaring steel beast bearing down on you strikes fear into the hearts of men. Tanks will probably be around until we build a better carriage for big guns, but we'll most likely just build better tanks.

It also has the highest kill/loss ratio of any tank ever made. Only 3 challenger 2s have ever been damaged/destroyed, 2 of which were damaged by other challenger 2s in training exercises with the Oman forces.

Your information is wrong.

The Challenger 2 uses the L30A1.
It also doesn't hold the record for longest tank to tank kill.
That feat belongs to the Challenger 1, which destroyed an Iraqi T-71 at a range of 3.1 miles (5.1km) using a Royal Ordnance L11A5 120mm rifled gun.
