I do that all the time in hardline. Nothing like killing someone through a door with the breaching hammer, then gunning down his buddies.
Also, he deserved it. Sniper out, while he's rushing to the front? People like that end the match 2-36.

If you try anything but hardscoping in Battlefield 4 and Hardline, you'll miss literally every shot. You have to be completely still, or the bullets might as well go sideways.

There are, as well as red dot sights, but the rate of fire is so low, and if you take a single step, your bullets go completely off target. The only plausible close-medium sniper is the Nitro 500.
In other words, you'll end the match 2-32 if you run straight into a firefight with your sniper out.

Well if you want to be "aggressive recon" SRR-61 has slowest rpm out of all sniper rifles so it doesn't really fit the job. It's more of an preference thing when using a sniper rifle. M40A5 is the best imo because you can get a follow up shot quickly if you land a bodyshot. You can easily learn to compensate for the drop and muzzle velocity. SRR-61 is the best if you want to go for longer range shots and you don't want to worry about the bullet drop that much

Don't you mean the SR338 is the fastest-firing sniper rifle, considering it's the only semi-automatic one that also has the same damage as a normal sniper rifle except at medium to long range? It's pretty much just an overpowered DMR that can fit sniper scopes. That thing with a shorter range sight would be the best sniper rifle to use in smaller maps like Metro. That being said, using a sniper rifle in a smaller map like Metro is ******* stupid.
