I kinda just skimmed through the whole thing, but I like the gritty artstyle and story. Reminds me of The Walking Dead. But how did Superman actually bleed from being shot by a single bullet?

I'm going off of half baked knowledge but it think it's because he's still young and not fully developed so neither are his powers. So he can be injured but what would put down a normal man is just minor wounds to him.

... That's not how his powers work in normal continuity, though. Maybe in this continuity, but not normally.
In the regular DC universes, Superman had his powers the instant he was exposed to a yellow sun's light, and they were all available to him at full strength. He actually put up a mental block to keep himself from accessing his full power during his teenage years, because he just wanted to be "normal", because he was raised in Kansas, and he was apparently popular enough that he didn't realize being normal is the worst possible thing to be outside of high school.
This comic series must take place outside of the regularly explored DC universes.

actually before that and in some other forms. his body had not fully matured yet so his powers were still not fully realized..

if his powers were in full effect since day one, then he would never have aged and forever stayed as a baby. since y know, the yellow light radiation makes him effectively immortal.

not to mention if a baby would have had his levels of powers then earth would have been destroyed in an instant...
