It's become a running joke for programmers to devise particularly terrible and hilarious ways to enter phone numbers.
Funny example:

Why?
I don't think I have the original picture, but the source was of some lazy programmer who, instead of allowing people to make their own inputs and having to check for legal characters in them, simply made a drop down list of ALL possible phone numbers from 000 to 999 for the area code and middle section, then 0000 to 9999 for the last section.
Which... Is ridiculous. For something that has SO many possibilities, why not just set it up to where people could input their number by typing it out? I suppose it just isn't that easy.

net beans is like visual studio for java. You you have to use eclipse, I feel sorry for you. It seemed like every other day I ran into problems with eclipse. It wouldn't start, It crashed when you compiled, it froze for some reason. Its not a terribly stable software. I like net beans a lot. But good luck in whatever your using java for.

Damn I knew internet could be bad in places, but I though at least 25Mbps would be at least somewhat standard.

Either way my point still stands. For MOST people 5Mbps is negligible so if you can't watch netflix and play an online game your internet is probably ****.

that was a few years back in alaska. GCI basicly has a monopoly up there as far as cable and internet goes. not a full one but they have the best stuff i had a 200 mbps service. also netflix eats up tons of data because streaming usually defaults to the highest quality

Sure but unless you pay extra for 4k the highest is 1080p which is where I got the 5Mbps number.

And aside from that if anything watching netflix would interfere with gaming and not the other way around.

I'm not trying to argue that bad internet doesn't exist, just that the case given (overwatch ******* with netflix) would be an example of bad internet.
