I can be wrong, but here's what I think: The doves and the collapsible birdcages are tucked inside the dude's jacket and propelled by some kind of slingshot mechanism he activates through two trigger thingies in his sleeves. The girl was just hidden inside a false bottom, and when he dismantles the fake cage the birds are probably kept under the cloth thinking it's bedtime or some **** , usual stuff, nothing really new or innovative here. ****** impressive, though, and the guy sure knows how to move his hands
