I don't fully understand you guys. I'm taking a huge risk by making this comment and stickying it, but I feel like I must make it. Almost everything on this website is making fun of people in some way, shape, or form. You see cringe compilations making fun of entire lifestyles, you see people getting ridiculed for being stupid on facebook or twitter. I don't understand how so many of you can get butt hurt over me making fun of people who are douchebags in the gym or don't follow gym etiquette. What makes the gym so different? Is it due to the fact that some of you feel insecure there? Pretty hypocritical.

What kind of ******** doesn't isolate muscle groups? And does a full body workout every day? The closest thing to not isolating a group each day would be a Push/Pull/Legs routine but you're still isolating the pushing and pulling muscles in your upper body. The rest of the stuff in the post is stupid but isolating a group is how you build upon it because you would over work it if you didn't give it a day or two of rest.

Lol Dom Mazzeti is hilarious, he's the guy in pics 4 and 7. His youtube channel Broscience is ******* great, highly reccomended if you workout and even if you don't you'll probably enjoy it.

Im a natural bodybuilder, and a certified nutritionist; that being said, it is funny when people spread broscience( the 			*********		) without any prior research and/or minimal experience.    
   
I dont think its wrong to make fun of these people that say these things because they are dumb in a sense but the images however have no corelation.

Look, I love the gym, I love going to they gym, and my workouts aren't only about weight, I like to keep my cardio in very good check also, but you sound like a really dumb cunt who most likely has never gone to any medical school, so why do the opinions of yours make them better than other opinions? Squatting IS bad for you, leg press is easier on your knees but if you want to strengthen your legs and core, squatting is the best for you. Oh for those people who don't know what they're doing at a gym or it's their first day, guess what I do? Become a decent human being and try my best to help them instead of laughing at them and strumming my neckbeard while I make a comp about you, and this is the internet, we can dislike whatever the **** we want for whatever reasons, so stop sticking your butthurt comments.

Normal people don't need extra protein after going to the gym. A balanced diet is more than enough.

You're just wrong.

The more muscle you have, the more protein you need. Muscles are metabolic tissue, they are always active and therefore consuming, even when you're resting. So the more muscle you have, the more food, and protein you'll need. If anything, beginners can get away with eating less protein, but anyone who has been seriously lifting for a year or longer -such as myself- will need an excess of protein, especially when compared to the average person.

By the way, I'm not just some random keyboard warrior, I'm a competitive Powerlifter.

Although i have no access to a leg press and i do squats, i was under the impression that this was true when you get into the higher weights. Isn't it bad for your knees and back once you are squatting 500 lbs, even if you have perfect form?

The ligaments and tendons in your knee will adapt, the bone density will increase in the surrounding bones and cartrlidge density increases.
How do you think you even get to squatting 500lbs + ?
