The first one... actually you CAN crush an apple with one hand (has to be your fapping hand though, you need your strongest hand). The trick is to first turn your fingertip INTO the apple, squeeze hard enough to start to penetrate the apple's flesh with your fingers. Then quickly create a fist while maintaining pressure through the fingertips. If done correctly you can seperate whole chunks of apple, causing an illusion of crushing.... ok so it's not crushed but close as you can get with one hand.
