I'm not gonna argue about right spelling here, but every time I see the British spelling of color, I always imagine a stereotypical french accent with the second o stressed. Like coloor or something. Don't know if it is just me, but I thought I would share.

Well that's not ******* true at all, a friend of mine has got extremely poor eyesight and once when someone took off her glasses and asked her to count their fingers (ON ONE HAND) she counted 8 when they held up three.
She has like, -8 or something.. poor lady.

I have glasses and I can say that the picture above is an accurate representation of what I see. Only when they're far away is when it gets hard. It looks like this.

I know... I have -4.5 or something as well, I know the feeling. I'm just saying it's possible to completely miscount stuff, but then again her vision is extraordinarily weird/bad.

I just got an eye exam yesterday, and I'm pretty excited because my new glasses that I have to get (my current frames are discontinued) are gold plated and round, so I look like a classy Harry Potter.

Oh wow, sounds awesome!

Haha I used to have round glasses too, but not the classy type, more the one that made me look like I'd crawled outta a garbage can. ^^ some suit it, I didn't.

My neighbour has -12 or a bit more. I seriously ask myself how she manages to find her glasses in the morning.

Nope, she really is like that. But she's cross-eyed as well, and has some other weird stuff making it unable for her to get an operation.. In addiction to being nearly blind.

To be fair... most of the time people ask 'how many fingers am I holding up?' It is done after a person has experienced some form of head trauma, in order to assess if that person is experienced double or overlapped vision, which is a sign of permanent or temporary brain damage.

Huh, lucky her. My friend has some weird **** going on in her eyes, and something is bent the wrong way (?), making it impossible for her to use lenses, OR getting an operation. :/

I have -5 for both my eyes, if the person is close enough I can distinguish how many fingers the person has up, but if they continue to back up eventually i don't see any distinguishing features between if a person has a closed fist or has fingers up.

Hey, if you think I'm ************ then whatever. All i can say is that if your eyes are only like -1 or -2 then really you don't really have an opinion on the subject.

For those with perfect vision, fill up a glass of water and look through it, that's how I see life without my glasses, now stand back from something and try to count how many fingers are up. ***** hard yo

Mhm, I agree. I have -4.5 I think, bit less on the other eye, and I can relate to that. It's especially annoying when I don't wear my lenses, and I ask a friend/ my boyfriend a yes/no thing and they don't respond, so I go like "Answer me, bitch" and they just say 'but I nodded..' ***** I can't see that.

Meganebu. Described as "Free! but better", was not "Free! but better", but it is crack.
And the ending just turns the entire anime on its head.

Thinking "what the **** can a glasses club bring to society" throughout the anime. And then...then...the ending.

Ever since I was a kid I always wondered why when a cartoon character loses their glasses they go blind. Not "have trouble seeing" they go LITERALLY blind!
