Another Fun Fact:

The Docs tentacles were not cgi in a lot of scenes, but were masterfully puppeteer-ed.
The director wanted them to have an award.

Spiderman 2 is, in my opinion, one of the worst Superhero movies made in the last decade

I think Alfred Molina did such a great job at portraying Doc Ock, that i can't begin to imagine a better suited actor for the role - same reason that i wouldn't want the new spiderman franchise depicting the character, since they wouldn't be able to make him any better. "if it ain't broke, dont fix it"

...Unless they made the The Superior Spider-Man story-arc where he takes over peter parkers body!

Tritium is one of the three isotopes of Hydrogen (Protium, Deuterium, Tritium) and it's gaseous at room temperature.

I hear a lot of people hate the directors cut of Spiderman 2 because it adds like an extra half hour of pointless deleted scenes

like J.J putting on the spider suit after he finds it in the trash

i respect facts like taking 15 weeks to build a set rather then filmmakers just using CGI. gives a better overall impression of the film

They need black cat in the next film. And she better be the big tited, gimpy suit sexy slut she was in the comics. This is my decree. (better have some mad cleavage too)

Aside from Aunt May taking a whole tentacle up her ass hole, none of these facts if they're all accurate are that astounding to me. Yeah, filming takes a while and they aren't always done according to a structured, finite plan.

I think we've learned this best after Foodfight! sunk $45 million into production and came back with enough money to pay for a moderately nice house for two people $73,706 How somebody can sink $45 million into something and come out with less than a fraction of that without shooting themself is beyond me . The movie blew and didn't have any semblance of a structured plot to it, but it was a movie that had actual people working on it and that's all the proof you need.

Tritium is just hydrogen with 2 neutrons, ridiculously rare and radioactive
User avatar #69 - srskate (06/20/2014) [+] (3 replies)
My favorite fun fact:
Tritium is a name for a specific isotope of hydrogen. Hydrogen is not a metal, and certainly not a metal in a soccer ball shape.

I miss real sets and actually costumes. It looked sick but now we have all this cgi and stuff which is fine but nothing beats an actually costume.

People use the tools at their disposal. If you gave the Rolling Stones older instruments, it wouldn't automatically mean better music.

They could have gone into spider man 4 and 5 and squeezed our pockets if they put in black cat. for 3 put in gwen and mary, but mary jane as only a small role. Gwen dies. no female for 4, or black cat and mary jane. for 5 instead of both mary jane and black cat as a cameo. And if they stopped killing off the villains, that would lead it up to the sinister six
