If you want to get technical, it would have been better worded to mean what you are interpreting if it had simply said "She is the only DP to have a child, and not have a vag."

Instead, it says "She is the only DP to have a child, and the only DP to not have a vag."
So her having a child is one point.
Her having a vag is another.

True for most fish, however, some small fish give birth to living offsprings. The insemination occurs inside the female fish womb. The male is equipped for this with a gonopod, a transformed belly fin on its underside.

From evolutionary standpoint, it works if the female fish can survive untill the birth, but since the eggs are not left on one place unprotected, they don't get eaten by other small fish.

I have a tank full of these and they breed like crazy.
