I still don't understand this toothbrush wetting nonsense. I put toothpaste on my toothbrush and I put it in my mouth. Why the **** would I turn on the faucet to put my toothbrush under it? That's a whole other step that I don't have time for in my morning routine.

I turn on the water so it can heat up while I put toothpaste on my toothbrush. Then I wet it with warm water. It's the best way to go.
