Some help please
So I recently started trying to fix my bad sleeping habit from sleeping to 6~8am and waking up at 4pm~6pm by going to bed at 8pm~10pm but i keep waking up around 2 am or 4 am is there any method of staying asleep
I am a light sleeper and i suffer from SleepApnea and chronic insomnia because of my sleepapnea
i'm also tossing and turning around alot when i'm trying to sleep and it takes up to an hour to sleep some help would really be appricated since i am awake at 6 am again and will fall asleep at like 7am and wake up late into the afternoon
