I'm just saying, she seems to be trying to use it as a reinforcement of her beliefs. As though she's saying this seven year old couldn't refute my logic, so it must therefore be valid. A story is usually told for a reason, and that's what I gathered her reason to be.

She says "i havent shaved my lags in a really long time" it implies that she used to do it, and she recognize it's abnormal. I'm gonna go with comicironic and just assume it's an anecdote
